Great news! The Loughrea Youth Triathlon event is now sold out. We capped it at a max of 200. There will be more news over the next few days giving details and race briefings which ahould be read very carefully. This is the National Championships and for those over the age of 10 it will be a full swim, tough cycle and nice flat run. The under 9's swim will held in the beach area and the water will be below chest height but it's a mad dash to get out first. We look forward to welcoming all children / youth to the event on the 31st of July. Still plenty of time to get some training in or to visit the lake to get used to the water. More information to follow in the next few days. Good luck to all those taking part. ... See more
