Predator Triathlon Club is based in Loughrea in Co. Galway and supports triathletes of all ages and abilities in realising their ambitions in the sport.

A good early season tester for Predators at this year's 5-mile Kilconieron Charity Run. Starts next Sunday, February 25th from The Gate Lodge in Carrabane at 12:15pm. All proceeds to Réalta & Butterfly Classes, Autism Unit, Carrabane National School, and Carrabane Community Games.
How is training going for the Predator TC St Patrick's Duathlon on March 18th going? Anyone following our six-week training plan (http://www.predatortriclub.ie/duathlon-training-plan/) should be on week 2 at this stage. TIP***Keep the intensity at around 8 or 9 for the bike in the early part of the week, but increase distance and decrease intensity for the sessions later in the week.
